About

As a society, we own some of the most highly rated Fuse Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printers that is regularly serviced and calibrated to perfection. With years of 3D printing and modelling experience, we can also provide advice on your 3D models to ensure that they suitable for additive manufacturing. We also have a wide range of materials available, from the usual PLA and ABS to UV sensitive filaments and conductive filaments.

How much does it cost & where do the profit go?

When you choose to use our service, you are also contributing to the promotion of 3D printing and robotics and inspiring childrens from our outreach programmes. We are a non-profit student society, all profit goes directly into running our society and our activities.

Our mission is to make 3D printing accessible for anyone. If you are a paid member, 3D printing for your projects can be absolutely free! 3D printing depends on many factors, it depends on the time, material, resolution requirement, and special requests (e.g. sanding, acetone smoothing), the best thing to do is to simply get in touch and we will provide you with a quote in no time!

What materials do you have?

We have polylatic acid (PLA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and polyethylene terephthalate PETG in multiple colours. We also have a range of exotic filaments, including wood, conductive filament, nylon, and UV-reactive filaments.
